DO I NEED TO BE AT A CERTAIN ATHLETIC LEVEL TO TRAIN WITH VIRTUAL RUNNING PHYSIO COACH?

Absolutely anyone can work with me.  I will do my very best to create a training program and schedule that fits both your experience/skill level and your lifetyle

I CURRENTLY HAVE AN INJURY AND I'M NOT TRAINING FOR ANYTHING SPECIFIC AT THE MOMENT, SHOULD I WAIT TO START USING YOU AS MY COACH?

I work with both healthy and injured runners.  My goal is to help people prevent injuries altogether but my background as a physical therapist will absolutely come in handy to help you recover faster

HOW OFTEN DO YOU UPDATE MY PROGRAM?

I start by sending you a schedule for the first week.  At the end of the week you email me with details of how it went.  What did you like, what did you hate, what did you feel was easy/hard, etc.  I use that information to develop the plan for the following week.  Rinse and repeat though I do encourage you to email/contact me with any major updates, such as injuries, as soon as you can!
